The Montgomery County Amateur Radio Emergency Service, serves Montgomery County, Texas, all surrounding Counties and beyond. All Montgomery County ARES members are advised to monitor the 147.020 repeater during emergency situations. Texas ARES Net 7:30 p.m every Monday evening on the Frequency of 3.873 mhz LSB If for some reason the repeaters or down the Simplex Frequency is 146.560 We also use 28.380 USB for 10 meters. Our monthly Montgomery County ARES Meetings are held at the Lone Star Convention Center every 2nd Thursday of the month at 7:30 p.m. All are welcome.
